How can I place an order on the website?

Find the product you want using the compatibility widget or by browsing the categories. The compatibility widget allows you to find the product compatible with your vehicle (car/motorcycle). Always make sure to check compatibility before proceeding with the purchase.

If your vehicle is not listed, or if no results appear in the search, we currently do not have availability for your needs. You can leave a request via our contact form or visit us again later to check for new products.

Once you have identified the right product, add it to your cart and proceed with the purchase. Then, select a shipping and payment method to finalize the process.

Before confirming your order, always ensure the product is compatible with your vehicle.

This verification is not necessary for 'Brembo Collection - Merchandising' products. For these items, you can select a size and color and refer to the product description for details.

Product availability is updated daily. However, there may be misalignments with actual stock, so availability may differ.

How can I modify or cancel an order?

You have 1 hour to modify or cancel your order after receiving confirmation. Go to the 'My Account' section of your profile, select the desired order, and modify or cancel it.

After this time, cancellations are no longer possible as we work under tight deadlines to ensure quick delivery. If you wish to return the entire order or part of it, you have the right to a refund. For further details, see the 'Warranty and Return' section and our general conditions of sale.

Are there any limits on the quantities that can be ordered?

It is possible to order up to 10 quantities for Car, Motorcycle, and Merchandising products. Exceptions apply to products in the Brake Fluid category. Below is the quantity limit for each Brake Fluid product:

Can I ship orders to a PO Box?

No, it is not possible to ship an order directly to APO/FPO/DPO.

How do I check my order status?

You can track your order directly from the reserved area. Log in to My Account, enter the Orders section and select the Order. You can then see all the relevant order information.Furthermore, every time you place an order, you will find in the confirmation email a reference on how to track the order.
